To our valued clients:

Thank you for understanding that my time is valuable and all booking is done on an “appointment only” basis. All booking is done through the booking website. ​

Cancellation Policy:
-A card on file is required to book your appointment.
-This card is not charged at the time of booking.
-Your card is only charged as a result of the appointment being canceled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment- Fee 100$.
-This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
-No-show appointments will automatically be charged 50% of the services booked on the card on file and may result in a future declination of services.
-By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our no-show and cancellation policy.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. These procedures are for cosmetic purposes and therefore elective. While we strive to give everyone their desired outcome, this simply cannot be guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to follow their treatment plan and additional treatments may be required to achieve desired results. ​

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be rescheduled depending on the volume of patients and the time allotted for your procedure. ​

Please make every attempt to make arrangements for child care. My office is a place for you to come and treat yourself but is not suitable for children and is a safety concern.

‘Touch-ups’ are for new neurotoxin clients only, 5u max & are done at the 2-week point only. No exceptions. ​

I will not overfill your lips or face. If you need your lips dissolved and do not want to proceed with recommendations, I will not take you on as a client. It is not my belief system to compromise clinical judgment. ​

We accept cash, credit or debit card, HSA/FSA, Cherry payment plans and Care Credit as payment forms. ​
