Office Policies

We value your trust and time. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please take note of the following policies:

Appointment Booking

• By Appointment Only: All services are by appointment only, and bookings are handled exclusively through our online booking system or office phone number (texting or call is fine). 774-332-5141

Cancellation Policy

• Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. However, it will not be charged at the time of booking.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a non-refundable, non-negotiable $100 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.

• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment, a $100 charge will be incurred and future appointments may be declined.

• Agreement: By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our no-show and cancellation policies.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. All procedures are elective and for cosmetic purposes. While we strive to achieve the desired results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Adherence to your treatment plan is encouraged, and additional treatments may be necessary.

Late Arrivals

• Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on the schedule and time allocated for your procedure.

Childcare

• Children: For safety reasons and to maintain a safe clinical environment, please arrange childcare in advance, as our office is not suitable for children.

Touch-Ups

• Neurotoxin Clients: Touch-ups are only available for new neurotoxin clients (5 units max) and must be scheduled at the 2-week mark. 

Aesthetic Standards 

• We prioritize professional clinical judgment over all things and will not overfill lips or facial areas. If dissolving previous filler is recommended and you decline, we reserve the right to decline service.
