One Eleven Rx is a medical aesthetics practice specializing in customized non-surgical aesthetic treatments in the Central Massachusetts area. We offer a variety of anti-aging solutions such as neurotoxins, filler, C02 laser treatment, and ZO medical-grade skincare. One Eleven Rx carries all neurotoxin brands and top-of-the-line fillers. Our treatments utilize an evidence-based approach while prioritizing safety and results. At One Eleven Rx, we are committed to staying up to date with best practices, new technologies, and the latest techniques. Jamie Sanborn, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse & Aesthetic Injector
Jamie is a highly skilled registered nurse and injector at One Eleven RX, bringing over 15 years of nursing experience and more than 6 years of expertise in aesthetic medicine. Passionate about both patient care and education, Jamie is dedicated to empowering her patients and her team through knowledge, safety, and trust.
Known for her approachable and compassionate nature, Jamie has an exceptional ability to make every client feel comfortable and cared for. She is deeply committed to elevating the client experience by creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where individuals feel confident making informed decisions about their treatments.
Constantly striving to add value to the aesthetic industry, Jamie travels around the country to learn from top experts and attend advanced training programs and mentors new injectors getting into the field. Her commitment to continuous education keeps her at the forefront of innovation and ensures her patients receive the safest, most effective, and cutting-edge treatments available.
A proud resident of Holden, MA, Jamie enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her husband and dog Figgy. She looks forward to helping each client at One Eleven RX feel confident, rejuvenated, and beautiful.
Bailey Pickett, RN, BSN
Bailey is a registered nurse with 6 years of clinical experience and 4 years of expertise as an aesthetic injector. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anna Maria College in 2019 and has since built an impressive career in the operating room, as well as Aesthetic injecting.
With extensive experience using CO₂ laser technology in surgical settings, Bailey brings a deep understanding of skin, anatomy, and precision to every treatment she performs. Her commitment to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and mastering the latest techniques makes her a tremendous asset to the One Eleven RX team. Bailey also has a knack for achieving the perfect lips for our patients.
Known for her personable and uplifting nature, Bailey has an incredible ability to make every patient feel comfortable, confident, and happy in her care. She is truly the light of our office bringing warmth, professionalism, and positivity to every interaction.
When she’s not in the office, Bailey loves spending time with her son, Greyson, fiancé Andrew, and her family. A fun fact about Bailey she’s a twin! She enjoys relaxing beach vacations and cherishes her time off with loved ones.
Caitlyn Caplette, RN
Caitlyn Caplette is a Registered Nurse Injector at One Eleven RX, where she combines her clinical expertise with a deep passion for aesthetics and patient care. In addition to her role at One Eleven RX, Caitlyn works on the neurology unit of a Level 1 trauma hospital, continually refining her technical skills and clinical precision.
A passionate advocate for preventative care, Caitlyn is nearing completion of her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Regis College, further advancing her ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Known for her exceptional work ethic, deep understanding of anatomy, and meticulous eye for detail, Caitlyn delivers results that are both natural and transformative.
Caitlyn’s patients love her for her calm, reassuring demeanor and her ability to make every visit both educational and empowering. She takes pride in educating her clients, guiding them through the science behind each treatment, and developing personalized treatment plans that enhance confidence and overall skin health.
Outside of her professional life, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Brian, and their son, Lucas. She loves staying active, prioritizing health and wellness, and cherishing moments with her family.
Sam Konan, Licensed Esthetician
Sam is a licensed esthetician with an unwavering passion for skincare and helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. As a ZO® Skin Health Expert and HydraFacial Specialist, Sam is dedicated to improving skin quality, addressing specific concerns, and creating personalized treatment plans that deliver real results.
Specializing in anti-aging and acne treatments, Sam takes pride in helping her clients reach their skincare goals while focusing on long-term skin health. She is deeply committed to continuing education and frequently attends advanced training programs to stay at the forefront of the aesthetics industry.
Known for her thoughtful and results-driven approach, Sam strives to provide skincare solutions for all budgets without compromising quality ensuring every client feels confident, cared for, and empowered in their skin journey.
Sam offers a variety of services, including facials, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare consultations.
When she isn’t in the treatment room, Sam loves spending time with her black lab, Cole, her family, and the occasional filthy martini as well as enjoying the simple moments that recharge her creativity and passion for her work.
Caitlyn “Catie” Heffernan, RN
Caitlyn “Catie” Heffernan, RN, is a highly skilled and beloved member of the One Eleven RX team, bringing over a decade of experience in patient care and aesthetic medicine. With ten years as a Labor & Delivery nurse and five years devoted to aesthetics, Catie blends her extensive clinical background with a naturally artistic eye for beauty and balance.
Known as our Laser Guru, Catie is deeply knowledgeable about skin health and advanced technology. She specializes in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and laser treatments creating personalized, results-driven plans that enhance each client’s natural features while prioritizing safety, comfort, and confidence.
Beyond her technical expertise, Catie’s warm, funny personality instantly puts clients at ease. She’s the type of injector who makes you feel like you’re catching up with your best friend while walking out glowing. Ever-committed to excellence, Catie continues to expand her education and stay at the forefront of the evolving aesthetic field.
When she’s not in the treatment room or the delivery room, Catie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, making memories and soaking up family life.
Adrianna Shea, RN, BSN, WCC
Adrianna, RN, BSN, WCC, is a registered nurse with over five years of clinical experience and a deep-rooted passion for skin health and aesthetics. A graduate of Becker College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Adrianna has specialized in wound care and hyperbaric medicine giving her an exceptional understanding of the healing process, skin integrity, and advanced rejuvenation techniques.
With an incredible eye for aesthetics and an unwavering commitment to safety, Adrianna delivers expert, personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of care. Her calm confidence and clinical precision make every patient feel comfortable, safe, and understood in her chair.
Outside of One Eleven RX, Adrianna channels her creative energy into real estate and home design flipping houses and working in property sales alongside her Husband, Logyn. She also enjoys spending downtime with her beloved German Shepherd, Rip.
Kaileigh Snow
With over 12 years of experience in patient care and schedule management in the dental field, Kaileigh brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and organization to her role as Office Manager at One Eleven RX.
Her warm energy, love for helping others, and calming presence make her an invaluable part of our med spa team. Kaileigh manages our membership program, supports our nursing staff, and ensures the office runs smoothly day to day keeping everything (and everyone) perfectly on track.
As a devoted wife and mom, Kaileigh understands the importance of self-care and is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every client feels valued. Outside of One Eleven RX, she’s deeply passionate about natural healing, wellness, and staying active.
Kaileigh is truly the glue that holds our office together bringing heart, harmony, and a touch of sunshine to everything she does.
Hannah Riesel, NP
Hannah Riesel is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years in healthcare and 8 years specializing in aesthetic medicine. As both a skilled injector and dedicated mentor, Hannah provides clinical oversight for the registered nurses at One Eleven RX, ensuring the highest standards of safety, technique, and patient care.
Her deep understanding of anatomy, artistry, and evidence-based practice allows her to deliver natural, refined results while empowering the next generation of aesthetic professionals. Beyond the treatment room, Hannah loves traveling and spending quality time with her beloved dog, Butter.
Megan Gajewski, NP
Megan Gajewski, NP, has dedicated over 15 years to a successful career in healthcare, with the past three years focused on aesthetics and weight loss management. In addition to her work in aesthetic medicine, Megan is also involved in mental health and substance abuse private practice, allowing her to care for the whole person inside and out.
Known for her compassionate approach, Megan takes the time to truly listen to her patients and is often described as warm, understanding, and easy to talk to. She finds immense joy in helping others feel their best and guiding them toward confidence and wellness.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time in Maine with her son, Logan, where they embrace the outdoors and create lasting family memories.
Dr. Shektman
Arthur Shektman is an MD with over 25 years of experience in medicine, specifically plastic surgery. Dr. Shektman is certified by the American Board of plastic surgery and is also a member of considerable standing in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Shektman graduated as a general surgeon in 1995 from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York City.
After graduating Dr. Shektman served as the Chief Resident of plastic surgery from 1996-1997. Upon his departure from NYC Dr. Shektman returned to the suburbs of Boston to begin his private practice. Dr. Shektman specializes in both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic enhancements. When Dr. Shektman is not spending his time in the OR he enjoys spending time with family.

Chief Greeter & Professional Cuddle Consultant
Don’t let her tiny paws fool you Figgy Smalls runs the show around here. As our official greeter and patient support pup, Figgy’s job is to make sure every guest feels loved the moment they walk through the door (and maybe sneak a belly rub or two while she’s at it).
With a personality as big as her name, Figgy specializes in stress relief, mood boosting, and unsolicited cuteness. Whether she’s napping in her bed or making her rounds for snacks and smiles, Figgy ensures your visit starts (and ends) on a happy note.
Special skills: Tail wags, emotional support, snack detection, and melting hearts.
Favorite part of the job: Meeting new friends and convincing them to share treats.
